What is pickleball?

  • Easy to learnA mix of tennis, badminton and table tennis, played with a paddle and a plastic ball. Most people pick up the basics in one session.
  • Easy on the bodyA smaller court and a slower ball mean less running than tennis or basketball. Great for all ages and fitness levels.
  • Very socialUsually played as doubles, so you are always chatting, laughing and meeting new people between points.
